The Gift is a group Portuguese of New wave, Lounge and Electro. Founded in 1994 with Alcobaça, The Gift creates very studied melodies.

The Gift is one of the principal representatives of the Portuguese music, notemment thanks to its international success (Belgium, Canada, Suisse, Spain, the United States, Brésil, Poland, Germany, Argentine and Italy).

The Gift is in addition the first Portuguese group with being entered the Billboard, the classification of the musics most sold with the the United States, thanks to their tube Driving Your Slow left in 2005.
