This periodical wants to be faithful to the ideas of Charles Maurras and the French Action which always exists under the name of royalist Center of French Action (CRAF) (resulting from a scission with national Restauration. Following an injunction of the court, the review was forced after a few years to change name because its title resembled too much the French Action of Maurras (prohibited by the legislation of the Libération in 1944). The choice of the new title the Action Frenchwoman 2000 was made according to the economic situation and after having exhausted all the recourse. Thus, the French Action hebdo is available today in the kiosks under the title the Action Frenchwoman 2000 .

Position of the French Action hebdo in the conflict of the FN

An article of the Network of not aligned press (Voltairenet.org) indicates that in the conflict of the National front opponent Jean-Marie Le Pen and Bruno Mégret, Pierre Pujo gave his preference to the first: " In the French Action Hebdo of December 17th, 1998 (n° 2523), Pierre Pujo stresses that Jean-Marie Le Pen represents the current " catholic and French toujours" , which made the size of France and its colonies, while Bruno Mégret, who opposes the interbreeding races, is unable to include/understand the French Empire and attaches too much importance to the politicking plays of the republic "
