The Fray

The Fray is a group of Piano rock'n'roll formed with Denver in 2002 per Isaac Slade (voice and piano) and Joe King (guitar and voice). With the support of a local radio of Denver, the group recorded its first EP, Movement . The Fray was elected “Better New Group” by Denver' S Westword Magazine and quickly occupied the first places of the charts in the record dealers of Denver. On the basis of this success, the group signed with Epic Release which produced in September 2005 their album How to Save has Life .

In addition to one its mixing voice and electric guitars, The Fray rests on texts worked and recognized like such. Falling under the style of the Counting Crows, the group is regarded as a heir to pop to U2. Their round through the USA was done with closed counters, proof of their success.

The group gained in popularity thanks to American televised series such as Scrubs, the Scott brothers or Grey' S Anatomy, where several songs extracted from their last album were used during the episodes.
