Synopsis

Last nines century before our era, the prophet Elie receives the order of God to leave Israel, fallen to the hands from the impious kings. Its road will take it along in Phénicie, with Sarepta which is besieged by the Assyrian army. It will lose there all that it likes and will revolt then against Dieu.
An angel will give him the answers to the questions which it raises, in particular on the reason of the suffering and the existence of the mal.
Elie will regain its country to fight Jézabel and Achab, admirers of the god Baal.
