the Fall in Beijing is a novel of Boris Vian, published in 1947 with the Editions of the Scorpion and republished in 1956 with the Éditions of Midnight. The cover of the first edition was illustrated of a drawing of Vian; that of 1956 was illustrated by Mose.

The action occurs neither to Beijing, nor in autumn.

The bond is ambiguous between Angel, the character of this novel, and Angel of another novel of Vian: the Tear off-heart.
