The Face-of-Seine
The the Face-of-Seine is a zone of Paris, in France, located along the the Seine in the 15 {{E}} district, just downstream from the Eiffel Tower. It includes/understands one of the greatest real concentrations of great height of the city.
Description
Operation of Town planning of the years 1970, the district of the Face-of-Seine consists of a score of turns, reaching nearly 100 meters height, located above a flagstone. This flagstone is paved reasons which one perceives the drawing only since the high stages. Contrary to the turns of Italy 13 in the 13 {{E}} district, those of the Face-of-Seine have varied styles, like the Hôtel Novotel Paris Eiffel Tower (old Nikko hotel) with his framed windows of red or the Tour Totem, stacking of glazed blocks.
On the other hand, the uniform height of the turns (apart from the turns of the ends, lower) generates a certain monotony which leads certain not very attentive visitors to forget the great height of these constructions. The culminating point of the district is the chimney of the district heating.
With the difference of Italy 13, primarily residential, or of Defense, mainly turned towards the offices, the Face-of-Seine was conceived like mixed zone, at the same time turned towards the office and residential buildings.
