The Fabric Workshop and Museum

The Fabric Workshop and Museum (literally Museum of the workshop ) is an association with nonlucrative goal based with Philadelphia, in Pennsylvania. It has the role to support the creation of works of Art with modern materials and means, in collaboration with artists recognized at the national or international level. Founded in 1977, association proposes a program making it possible to the artists to on the spot remain ( Artist-in-Residence Program ), a vast colloction of works create by the artists in collaboration with the Atelier, of the exposures in interior as in other museums, and an exhaustive program of teaching including of the Conférence S ( readings ), of the excursions, as well as courses with the students.
