the Egg of the angel ( Tenshi No Tamago ) is a Cartoon film Japan board carried out by Mamoru Oshii and whose Scénarimage and artistic director have conceived by Yoshitaka Amano, left in 1985.

Synopsis

At the dawn of a second flood, predicting the arrival of a species higher than the man, a little girl finds an egg which it keeps. She meets an young man who follows it, curious to know what this egg contains.

Comment

This film is not very known, but is regarded by certain as the chief of work of Mamoru Oshii. It is about a work to the spirit Existentialiste, usual of its author, in whom a little girl MIME an expectant mother with an egg that she found. The film has very few dialogs.

A very strong inspiration of the old will is noted.
