the Echo of Paris was a Quotidien French published between 1884 and 1939. Octave Mirbeau collaborated in it during several years and published there in serial its novels '' Sebastien Roch '' (1890) and In the sky (1892-1893).

Heading Echo of Paris until the March 28th 1938, it took the name of Day-Echo of Paris .

Its last edition dates from the December 31st 1939.

This literary journal and political preserving (of the evening then morning), was close to the Parti social French starting from 1936. Its editor association was Henri de Kerillis.
