The Eagles is a group Californien resulting from the Californian southern scene of the end of the Années 1960, in company of Jackson Browne, Warren Zevon and with the influences Country and Bluegrass. Pioneer of the Country rock'n'roll, the group was trained in 1971.

Biography

At its beginnings, the group consists of four members; namely Randy Meisner (Chant/low), Bernie Leadon (song Guitare/Banjo), Don Henley (song battery) and of course its trainer Glenn Frey (guitar, Piano and song).

The first album of the group leaves in 1972 under the name of Eagles . This first album will meet a very great success, in particular thanks to the title Take it easy .

Their second album, Desperado , leaves the following year.

In 1974, The Eagles enlists a new guitarist, Don Felder. The group then will record a third album, One the Border who will only have such a success with him which it will make known the group on both sides of the Atlantic .

The following year (1975) appears their fourth album, One off Thesis Nights with like title headlight Lyin' Eyes . Little time after the exit of the album, Bernie Leadon decides to leave the group. It is consequently replaced by Joe Walsh, the guitarist of James Gang.

In 1976 leaves most known all the albums of the group, Hotel California .

In 1979, the group records a sixth album which he then believes to be his last, The Long Run . This album will be followed of a double live , left whereas the group is officially separate.

In 1994, is fourteen years after the separation of the group, this one always made speak about him thanks to its title headlight Hotel California . This success will push the group to be reformed for a round and a new album, Hell Freezes Over which is made up for first half of new acoustic compositions, and for the second, of greatest successes of the group.

After more than 28 years of silence, the group signs an double album, Long Road Out Of Eden , by which the exit in October 2007 accompanies their return to the stage.
