The Eagle (ship)
LAigle was a linership of 74 guns of Bold Classe of the marine Frenchwoman builds with Rochefort in 1800.
In 1805, it put the veils for the Antilles, in company of '' Algeciras '' where they are joinrent with the French fleet of the vice-admiral Villeneuve.
In October 1805, the Eagle took part in the Bataille of Trafalgar. It was captured during the battle.
The following day, the captive crew revolted against the British, and took again the control of the ship. However, it was destroyed in a storm the October 23rd 1805.
