the Dream is the first permanent spectacle to have taken place with the casino Wynn Las Vegas, in a theater especially designed to accommodate it, in particular including a swimming pool of a million gallons of water. The setting in scene included of the exceptional divings and the feats of ingenuity, with special effects with the point of progress. No seat is with more than 12 m of the scene. Realized by Free Dragone (which was already at the origin of O , the Spree , Mystère , Alegria and Quidam ), it resembles the spectacles proposed by the Cirque of the Sun. Its cost was not revealed. Nevertheless, the installation of the principal spectacles of Las Vegas is estimated between 30 and 40 million dollars, which makes it possible to have an approximate idea.
the Dream was the name of the building site of the Wynn complex, before this one does not change into Wynn Las Vegas. It is also the name of a showpiece of painting of Picasso which Steve Wynn has.
The scene of the theater is made up of many platforms which can be high or lowered.
Anecdotes
- Sixteen plungers with bottles are necessary to each representation, using 32 bottles of air and 3500 cubic feet of pressurized air. A sophisticated whole of plungers, camera , systems to breathe and lights makes it possible to the artists to feel at ease under water, and ensures the safety of the interprêtes.
