April 1st, 2004, the dairy Producers of the Canada announced that the cheese with washed crust the Customs officer, manufactured by the cheese dairy Fritz Kaiser de Noyan with the Quebec, was elected “Great champion” of the 4th edition of the Grand Prix of Canadian cheeses.
