Synopsis
With the fall of the Berlin Wall and the end of the Communism of the ex- the USSR, the cuban Communist regime perdure. It ensures the perenniality of Cuba in spite of the American blockade. Does the opening to Canadian capitalism, in particular in tourism industry, serve cuban socialism? The commander Fidel Castro agrees to receive the journalist Michaëlle Jean who comes to ask him for the hour right. It will make the experiment of contradictions of the cuban socialist daily newspaper at the same time as of the effectiveness of its national project.
