The Crown

The Crown was a group Swedish of death/thrash metal originating in Trollhättan. At the beginning of their career, their name was Crown off Thorns , but they had to give up it because another group was already suitable for it. Their music and their texts are inspired by death, the fight against the religion (particularly Christendom), and the rebellion. They are famous to have mixed their death influences and thrash. The activity of The Crown ceased in 2004, after which their singer Johan Lindstrand formed a group named One Man Army and the Undead Quartet. The guitarist Marco Tervonen and the beater Janne Saarenpää formed Angel Blake, whose name comes from a song of Danzig.
