The Community of interest
A community of interest is a made up group individuals who share either an identity, or of the experiments and concerns. It is composed people who are personally touched by a common problem, either directly, or in their entourage. Membership at a community of this type assistance to include/understand, interpret their condition and to seek solutions with the problems which they can encounter.
The community of interest is not of comparable nature only the Communauté of practice.
Origin
The concept of community of interest was introduced by J.C.R. Licklider and Robert Taylor into an article entitled " The Computer ace has Communications Device" which precedes the Internet of today:
