The Community of communes of the mounts of Gy

The Communauté of communes of the mounts of Gy is a EPCI with clean taxation created in 2000 located at the south-west of the department of the Haute-Saône in France.

At the first January 2006, it gathers the 11 following communes for a total population without double account of 3  074 inhabitants (RGP 1999):

She is directed by a council of 25 delegates by the municipal councils of common the members.

Competences

She exerts instead of common the members following competences:
  • obligatory Competences:
      • economic
    • Fitting-out and development actions with the installation of two Community artisanal zones.
  • optional Competences:
    • Protection and development of the environment with the programme of rehabilitations of the rough discharges.
    • Construction, maintenance and operation of cultural and sporting equipment.
    • Construction of new equipment of maternal and elementary teaching.
    • Creation and maintenance of the Housing policy network of Community roadway system
    • and framework of life with the installation of a surface of reception for the travelling entertainers.
  • optional Competences
    • socioeducational Action with a local educational contract, spare contract time, contract childhood financing the mobile crib, the extra-curricular reception, animation reading, sports associations and cultural local acting near the young people.
    • Tourism with the financing of the tourist office of the mounts of Gy.
