The Communauté of communes of the Country of the Three Rivers is a inter-commune structure French, located in the department of the Aisne.

It gathers 26 communes distributed on the cantons of of Aubenton and Hirson

Competences

Today, she exerts many competences in varied fields. She arranges, plans, coordinates and animates to support a harmonious economic development.

History

It was created in 1995, thus replacing the Intercommunity association of the Three Rivers.
