The Community of communes of the Country of Meslay-Grez

The community of communes of the Country of Meslay-Grez is a inter-commune structure French, located in the department of the Mayenne and in the area Pays of the Loire.

History

  • April 7th 1964: creation of the grouping.

  • December 20th, 2000: extension of competences.
  • December 26th, 2000: transformation of the district into the Community of communes of Meslay-of-Maine.
  • October 24th, 2001: new statute and extension of competences.
  • December 18th, 2001: adhesion of Hampers.
  • October 30th, 2003: extension of the territory (fusion with the the Community of communes of the Country of Grez-in-Bouère) and modification of the statutes.
  • August 17th, 2006: definition of the Community interest.
