The Community of communes of the Country of Jumilhac-the-Large

The Communauté of communes of the Country of Jumilhac-the-Large is a French inter-commune structure , located in the department of the the Dordogne and the area Aquitaine.
Located at the North-East of the department, it lodges the culminating point of the Dordogne, with 472 meters of altitude, in the Forest of Vieillecour on the commune of Saint-Pierre-of-Frugie.

Created on December 18th, 1995, the community of communes opened on December 9th, 2002 with four additional communes:
- Chaleix
- Saint-Paul-the-Rock
