The Community of communes of the Country of Cruseilles
The community of communes of Cruseilles is a inter-commune structure French of the department of the Haute-Savoie.
Composition
The community of communes, groups 13 common and extends on 12.000 hectares and includes/understands a population of 12.400 inhabitants.

- Onjectif: To manage the joint public services in an interdependent and rational way, to think the development in term of intercommunality.
- Competences: Economic development, fitting-out, protection and development of the environment (cleansing, water, waste), and framework housing policy of life, Community roadway system, construction, maintenance and operation of the cultural and sporting equipment as well as nursery schools and primary.
- Effective: 66 paid.

- Activities: Collecting, treatments (ultraviolet for ultrafiltration and spring waters for the water of Douai), distribution, maintenance of the network, cleansing, treatment of waste water and rainwater.
- Resources: Many sources (23 collectings) with satisfactory quality and water of Douai.
- Storage: 56 tanks and 16 pumping stations.
- Consumption: 659.219 m3 for 5.158 customers in 2006 supplied with 263 km of drains.
- Cleansing: 93 km of networks for 2.480 customers in 2006. Four purification plants with Allonzier-the-Curdles, Copponex (purification macrophyte), Cernex (purification macrophyte) and Menthonnex.
- nearest Investments: new factory of ultr-filtration (2009) and four purification plants (2008-2009) with Villy-le-Bouveret, Sappey, Vovray-in-Terminals and Cercier.
Déchets
- the selective collection installation since 2004 represents in 2006 10% of total tonnage of waste, with however a refusal of sorting still equal to 11% of total tonnage.
- Equipment: 29 platforms including/understanding 29 containers with glass and 63 containers for domestic packing and paper.
Schéma of territorial coherence of the basin annecian
- This SCOT to which adhered the DC Country of Cruseilles gathers 63 communes and is under development.
Education
- Global manpower 2006-2007:
- public school: 446 pupils in nursery schools and 846 pupils in primary educations.
- private school: 127 pupils.
- In 2007-2008: extension 12 nursery classes, 8 primary classes + creation 1 nursery school.
- In 2009: a center early childhood (Cruseilles) including/understanding crib and halt-nursery
- 132 operational maternal assistants.
School transport
- Global manpower 2006-2007: 950 pupils for 22 services of transport towards the colleges and colleges of the agglomeration annecian and the Genevese high-Savoyard.
- Since 2006, transport is opened with any young person of less than 26 years: workers, students, unemployed and apprentices.
