Competences

The communes delegated to the Community following competences:

• Economic development
• Creation, installation, maintenance and management of the zones of industrial activities, commercial, tertiary, artisanal, tourist of Community interest
• Development actions economic of Community interest:
• Promotion of the zones of activities of Community interest;
• Animation and followed relations with the economic partners;
• Led studies and of follow-up of the economic fabric (cartography, statistics…) ;
• Actions in favor of employment, the formation and insertion: opportunity study aiming to the development of Insertion and Community Employment, support for the development of the local apparatus of formation;
• Creation and animation of an Internet site of Parisis.

• Fitting-out

• Installation of the strategic sites of the Community territory of interest.
• Study on the appropriateness of the creation of a service of instruction of the permits building.
• Organization of the urban transport and transport to the request.
• Coordination of the policies of the communes out of matters of parking.
• Any study relating to the whole of the territory of Parisis and relating to the offer of transport or the road infrastructures structuring.

• Protection and development of the environment

• Production, storage, transport and drinkable water supply (within the qualified trade unions).
• Collection and treatment of the household refuse with the following Trade unions: AZURE, TRI-ACTION, EMERALD.
• Study on the transfer of competence Cleansing.
• Campaigns publicity and animation on the topic of sustainable development.
• Coordination for the harmonization of the payment of advertizing display.
• Definition of a soft flow chart.
• Fight against pollution of the air, water and noise pollutions and olfactive.
• Shared means relating to the fight against the graffiti.

• Housing policy and framework of life

• Installation of an observatory of the habitat.
• Management of the surfaces of reception of the travelling entertainers.

Social action:

• Study on the feasibility of Community services of bearing of the meals, domestic assistance and any action supporting the maintenance in residence.

• Culture, sport, teaching:

• Promotion and support for the recognized demonstrations of Community interest.
• Creation, management and maintenance of cultural and sporting equipment of Community interest.
