The Community of communes Proud and Custom
The the Community of communes Proud and Custom (CCFU), in the past District of Trusting and Custom , is an inter-commune structure of the Haute-Savoie. It gathers: Balme-with-Sillingy, Sillingy, Choisy, Lovagny, Mésigny, Nonglard and Sallenôves.
It is located in the Arrondissement of Saint-Julien-in-Genevese and in the first district of Haute-Savoie (appointed Bernard Accoyer).
Its president is Bernard Seigle.
More the big problems which this territory knows are the need for a new road allowing the deviation of the commune Balme-to-Sillingy on the trunk road 1508, where passed, on average in 2006, more than 30.000 vehicles per day. The trunk road is the principal connection between the basin of Annecy and the exit " Eloise" Geneva-Paris highway.
