The Community of agglomeration of Saint-Brieuc
The CABRI-Agglomeration of Saint-Brieuc is a French inter-commune structure , located in the department of the Coast-with Armor and the area Brittany.
The community was created the October 29th 1999, by the senator Claude Saunier, then mayor of the city-center, Serge Ripoche being managing director, taking the succession of the District of the Country of Saint-Brieuc , created the December 27th 1991, itself inspired by an association existing since the December 20th 1988, entitled inter-commune Charte of the agglomeration briochine .
The community is managed by the Council of agglomeration made up of 68 deputy holders designated by the municipal councils in proportion to the population. The Council is currently chaired by Bruno Joncour, mayor of Saint-Brieuc, is assisted of 17 vice-presidents, among whom mayors of the 13 other communes.
