The Community of agglomeration of Bayonne-Rebated joint-Biarritz

The community of agglomeration of Bayonne-Rebated joint-Biarritz is a French inter-commune structure , located in the department of the Yrénées-Atlantiques and the area Aquitaine.

The community of agglomeration groups 3 common:

In 2008, Boucau should integrate the Communauté of agglomeration. The single mode of (TP) professional tax is shown indeed particularly favorable to the city where cotise currently with the TP only one company.

Competences

Since 1972 existed the Bayonne-Rebated joint-Biarritz district which in particular carried out transport infrastructures. The December 31st 1999 the district was transformed into Communauté of agglomeration and obtained new competences:

town planning
economic development
environment: waste processing and water
development of higher education

The community adheres to the Mixed trade-union of the contract of river of Nives and belonged to the Basque Eurocité Bayonne - San Sebastian.
