Competences

The competences exerted by the community of agglomeration include/understand:

  • 4 blocks of obligatory competences:

    • economic development

    • fitting-out (diagram of territorial coherence, instruction of the authorizations related to the right of the grounds, urban transport)
    • social balance of the political habitat
    • of the city and prevention of the delinquency

  • 3 blocks of selected competences:

    • protection and development of the environment

    • installation and management of the roadway system and the car parks of interest Community
    • construction and management of cultural and sporting equipment of Community interest

  • several additional competences:

    • control of the systems of noncollective cleansing
    • creation and management of surfaces of reception of the " people of the voyage"
    • installation and work related to the registered rivers
    • creation and maintenance of the routes of walk and excursion
    • cleanliness of the urban roadway system
    • maintenance of the urban green areas
