The Community of Seine-Mauldre communes
The Communauté of communes the Seine Mauldre ( CCSM ) is a French inter-commune structure , located in the department of the Yvelines and the area Île-de-France.
History
Constituted around Aubergenville, it was approved in October 2004 by the prefect of Yvelines. Its creation is effective since January 1st 2005.
Composition
The community of communes the Seine Mauldre gathers the communes of:
Competences
- Town and country planning (which is an obligatory competence of the communities of communes),
- development and maintenance of the zones of activity,
- creation of Community ways,
- sports equipment,
- plane of urban displacement,
- study of inter-commune public transport,
- Social:
- Early childhood (cribs, halt-nurseries, relay maternal assistances),
- Third age (assistance with the maintenance in residence),
- Elimination and valorization of waste,
- Safety: pooling of manpower of the municipal police.
Taxation
The community envisages to apply a single mode of Professional tax, whose rate should reach 11,7% in the six years.
