The Cliff

the Cliff is a small village of the Yvelines (district of Mantes-the-Pretty). Bordering on Épône, it is to 45 km in the west of Paris approximately on the edges of the Mauldre.

Curiously, no cliff overhangs the village, but a simple very stiff coast marks its geography in the west. Unless this name does not come from the presence of a calcareous concretion of the size of a house present in the park of the castle and known of the inhabitants under the name of “stone of Azor”.

The inhabitants are called Falaisiens.
