the Clan of the cave of the bears ( The Clan off the Cellar Bear ) is an American film carried out by Michael Chapman, left in 1986 and based on the book the Clan of the Bear of the caves of Jean Auel. Daryl Hannah plays the main role there. In the novel of Auel, the characters spoke English. In film, they use their own language and the dialog is represented into subtitles. Synopsis

The film tells the history of Ayla (Hannah) a girl of the proto-human race of Cro-Magnon which was lost far from its family, and was found by a group of néandertaliens.
