The Child of the open sea
the child of the high-sea is a short film of animation carried out by Patrick Deniau in 1984 (12 ' 30 - Drawing on cellulose).
A sailor dreams of his little girl missing with age the twelve years, during one of his voyages. He thinks there so intensely that its ship crosses the floating city, born of his imagination, that made live solitary this “child of the open sea”.
This short-measuring is the adaptation of the news “the Child of the open sea” of Jules Supervielle.
