The Chameleons

The Chameleons (also called The Chameleons the U.K. with the the United States) is a group of post punk British formed with Middleton, Greater Manchester, England in 1981. The group was composed of the singer and bass player Mark Burgess, of the guitarist reg. Smithies, the guitarist Dave Fielding, and the beater John Lever. The group separated first once in 1987 when their second manager Tony Fletcher died before reforming himself in 2000. They recorded 3 albums (2 " unplugged" and 1 version studio). After these recordings and a round, The Chameleons again dissolved.
