Synopsis

With Los Angeles, Luke is photographer and carries out . Into a sway in the crowd, it falls in love with its neighbor: it follows it and notes that she works near MGM in the service Des. Following the example Cameraman Harold, which in addition flirte with the young woman, Sally, it feels able to do as much of it and buys for this purpose an old woman Caméra of occasion.

Sally indicates to him in hiding-place that there will be events to film in Chinatown. Luke there goes and films the festival then the brawls of clans which follow themselves from there. Not only it collects a small erudite monkey but in more it escapes the Chinese which wants the trucider. With projection with the MGM, the film did not record anything and Luke is ridiculed.

It is not discouraged therefore: the following day it will film a race of boats to which Sally and Harold also assist. The boat of those capsizes and Sally risks its life in the middle of water, threatened by the boat which rotates without pilot. Harold saves its skin while Luke, then on bank filming, will carry help in Sally. A misunderstanding lets accept this one that it is Harold which saved it, and this one benefits from it. By inadvertency, Luke realizes that the monkey had hidden a film reel.

The persons in charge of the news of the MGM, in the presence of very in love Sally and Harold, take note of a film sent by Luke: one can see initially there excellent images of the street battles between Chinese and then the accident of Sally and Harold as well as the rescue of this one by Luke, because the monkey had continued to film the scene. Sally throws Harold and is thrown in the arms of Luke which is engaged with the MGM.
