The Butterfly Murders

The Butterfly Murders is a film hong-kongais carried out by Tsui Hark, left the July 20th 1979.

Synopsis

The country is pulled about by a bloody competition between clans. A man of the name of Mr. Tsui comes to ask for to the owner printing works of the Bridge of Bamboo to print a manuscript of eight pages writes according to him by Fong Hong-Yei, a writer become famous while describing in books, the two wars which made rage before the beginning of the new era. But the printer quickly notices the fraud, this manuscript is not written by the hand of Fong. Uncovered, Mr. Tsui, after having killed this last, flees but is found three days later and is assassinated by the n°3 White Standard, member of the Tien clan, owner of the territory where printing works was.

Shortly after the murder of Tsui, n°3 joined with its troop the mountain in order to attend a meeting required by Tien Fung, the war leader of the Ten Standards. This one speaks to them about a call to the help coming from the Castle of Shum. The owner, knowledge of Tien, would be in prey with the mysterious attacks and bloodthirsty men of fatal butterflies.
