The Book of craniums
the Book of the craniums (original title: The Book off Skulls ) is a novel of Robert Silverberg published in 1972 (1975 for the French translation). He tells the tour through the the United States of four students in search of a Monastère whose occupants would hold the secrecy of the Immortalité, according to a work, the Book of the craniums , found by one of them. This voyage will be the occasion for each one of them to make a return on its life. The Livre prevents that the applicants must be four to present itself together, but that it will be necessary that two lose the life so that the two others reach it…
