Summary

Cheryl Avery is born as a boy under the name of Charly. It is at the 7 years age which she discovers that she suffers from the Syndrôme of Benjamin, she then starts to disguise herself and to make up herself as a girl. At the school everyone makes fun of it, it is continued by the hooligans of the school then college. To 13 years its chest leads thanks to pills, it manages to modify its voice. His/her parents start to crack. To the college that goes more and more badly, the schoolboys draw her skirt to him to reveal its male attributes. It is defended but not sufficiently. At 16 years his/her parents do not drive out it house, it only manage and become practically a woman, it but does not remain to him any more to be been operated. At 18 years it finds a work in a clothes shop. For everyone, it is from now on Cheryl Avery, except with the eyes of her parents and of the American law. Then at 19 years it meets Eddy which becomes his/her boyfriend. Eddy and Cheryl go to a festival of friends of which she does not know anybody. The brother of Eddy disputes with him and Eddy from goes away. His/her brother goes in the bathroom and it is that Cheryl is inside. He sees all and Cheryl begs anything to him to say to anybody especially in Eddy. The brother does not promise anything and tries from to go away. Terrified that his secrecy is discovered, it strikes it and this one which falls on the edge from the bath-tub. The shock is if violent that he dies on the blow. Frightened Cheryl does not do anything, an young woman of black color opens the door, Cheryl answers “It tried to violate me”.

The inspectors of the special unit of the victims Elliot Stabler and Olivia Benson arrive on the spot. But Cheryl east flees, she did not want to be at the hospital (one made there taking away of blood and her blood is that of a man). The inspectors do not delay to find it 2 days afterwards on its work place entering to kiss his/her Eddy darling. They are brought in separate rooms of interrogations. Cheryl and with the inspector Benson and Eddy with the Stabler inspector and the truth bursts for the 2 inspectors but especially Eddy. Stabler thought that they were accessory and that it was with the current that Cheryl is actually a man thus he wanted to make crack:

- You know very well what I want to speak Eddy! (Stabler)

- But of what you to speak to me? (Eddy)

- I speak about make that Cheryl is a man! (Stabler)

- What?! What you me known as?! (Eddy)

Eddy took anger wants to see Cheryl it leaves the room of interrogation and goes to that of aside, Cheryl rises and requires what arrives to him, Eddy does not say anything it just takes it against him and the face to him then its other touches but touches that Cheryl still has. He is nauseated:

- You told to say it to me when? (Eddy)

- After the operation… (Cheryl)

- You disgust me… (Eddy)

- You see that you made (said Cheryl while addressing itself to the inspectors).

Eddy commits suicide little time afterwards and Cheryl is shown murder of the brother. It accepted the market given by the Prosecutor Alexandra Cabot because its lawyer him with kasher this market but it feels quickly trapped by Cabot, it is in a prison with men whereas it has a physique woman but legally with the eyes of the law it is a man. It loses its lawsuit, it is found without treatments and in a prison with men where it will have a collective rape because of its physique. It is found at the hospital in the coma and that will be the last time that the Stablers inspector will see it…

After two weeks in the coma, the Besson inspector it will see, Cheryl says to him: " It is of your faute". Then it benefits from the absence of its doctors to flee the hospital. Today (in the series), she would live in Texas where she could be made operate and she saw a life of debauchery on the left on the right loser and finding a work with only one thing at the head: " I am a femme".
