Blackstone is a American Banque of investment created in 1985 by Peter G. Peterson and Stephen A. Schwarzman. The company is based with New York and has offices with Atlanta, Boston, London, Hamburg, Paris, Mumbai and HongKong.
The activities of the group are the Capital-investment, the Immobilier, the debt of company, alternative management and the council, in particular at the companies in difficulty, in investment in action and reorganization.
