The Band with Bonnaud
the Band with Bonnaud was a radio program present on France Inter during the season 2006-2007. It was diffused Monday to Thursday of 16:30 at 6 p.m. Devoted to the culture, its organizers (Frederic Bonnaud, Sandra Freeman and Arnaud Viviant) showed of good mood, humor and serious. It was removed in June 2007, not without causing movements in the station. It was the occasion of a general strike of France Inter in June 2007, except for the morning one animated by Nicolas Demorand.

The emission, presented and produced by Frederic Bonnaud, was composed of two parts. In the first a guest is interviewed and sees himself portraituré in a humorous way by Philippe Collin in the form of dialog between itself and the Godfather, i.e. Frederic Bonnaud. In the second part a debate on a cultural work belonging takes place to the topicality. Herve Pochon intervenes through a report. Other chroniclers take part in the emission in the chronicle of the day:- Monday - the foot by Franck Annesse (editor association of the SoFoot magazine)
- Tuesday - the art of living of François Simon (gastronomical chronicler with the Barber)
- Wednesday - the cinema of Jean-François Rauger (film enthusiast informed, and responsible for Parisian cineclub)
- Thursday - the book of Fabrice Gabriel
History
The first emission takes place the September 4th 2006. At the beginning of 2007, in front of the fall of audience of the emission, Frederic Schlesinger asks Frederic Bonnaud to make of his emission a mixture between the Famous persons and the Mask and the Feather, which refuses the organizer. In June 2007 the direction of the station decides to remove the emission, officially for lack of audience. Moreover it reproaches him for making too long interviews and not to diffuse enough music But according to some (like the trade unions CGT and Sud) it is the political impertinence of the emission which is aimed sign of a resumption in political hand of France Inter with an aim of liking the new government. More largely, the journalists fear a hunting for the witches and that the direction privileges the entertainment on the culture. In spite of the support of the personnel of the station which puts in grêve the June 28th 2007, the Band with Bonnaud is removed. It will be replaced by a recorded broadcast animated by Yves Calvi.
