The Alps atésines
The the Alps atésines are a whole of the the central Eastern Alps ranging between the valley of the Inn in north, the valley of the Adige (valley vénoste) in the south and that of the Isarco in south-east, between the Austria and the Italy. The Ötztal also runs out within this unit, in direction of north.

Their name comes from the Latin origin of Adige: athesis .
