The Allman Brothers Band (album)
The Allman Brothers Band , left in 1969, is the first album of the group of Rock Southerner The Allman Brothers Band.
The album was a success confined with the states of the south of the the United States. In spite of a mitigated commercial reception, the album contains solids pieces Blues rock'n'roll. The titles Dreams and Whipping Post announce the future artistic director of the group which will conclude it the successfully. These two pieces will become impossible to circumvent scenic services of the group.
Whipping Post is unanimously regarded as a title-key in the history of the Rock. The Rock-and-roll Hall off Famed officially included it in its list of the 500 titles which forged the Rock'n'roll.
The album was republished in 1973 pennies the shape of an double album (with the second album Idlewild South ) named Beginnings (Atco SD 2-805). The album was republished with the format CD in 1997 (Capricorn 314-531257-2).
