The Aimee
the Aimee is a film Documentaire French, carried out by Arnaud Desplechin. It was presented for the first time to the 64e Mostra of Venice in September 2007, and left to the Cinéma the Pantheon, in Paris, the November 14th 2007.
The film obtained the Grand Prix of the Autonomous Province of Thirty.
Synopsis
The film is the second experiment " documentaire" of the scenario writer after work on Léo and Unplugged, by playing " In the company of the hommes" . The film contains many elements of reference mark making it possible to decode other films of the scenario writer (" Life of the morts" ; " Léo while playing in the company of the hommes" ; " Esther Kahn ", etc). It provides thus various keys (family home, urban architecture, cemetery, conversation between father and wire, etc) facilitating the access to its cinematographic and biographical universe.
