the 51e state ( The 51st State ) is a British film carried out by Ronny Yu, left in 2001.

Synopsis

Elmo McElroy is a brilliant Chimiste, it developed the POS 51, the perfect Drogue, that which gives the impression to you that God himself came to make you sign. Decided well to market its small masterpiece without intermediary, Elmo gets rid of cumbersome sound owner, the Lizard, to rejoin the England - the 51e State - and joins Felix Desouza, a small highly-strung person which reigns on the underground of Liverpool, speaks all the time and does not support what is American.

What is unaware of Elmo it is that its ex-owner is always alive, determined to be avenged and to put the hand on the chemical formula. And in more it is not only: superb and dangerous Dakota Philips is also on its traces.
