Théophane Rifosta

Théophane Rifosta (September 6th 1889 - June 16th 1999) was the senior of the Poilus, the senior of the island of the Réunion, the senior of DOM-TOM, France's oldest citizen, the 3rd oldest man of Europe and the 10th oldest man of the world, when it is deceased at the dawn of his 110 years with Bois of Olives (Meeting).
