Théo Baruti

Théo Baruti Amisi Ikumaiyete was the governor of the province Orientale in Democratic republic of Congo of the July 11th 2004 with the November 15th 2005. It was followed by Lola Kisanga. He was , social Welfare and Minister for Labor in the transition government June 30th 2003 with July 11th, 2004, and then Minister for Higher education and academic starting from the November 18th 2005.
