See also: Théia (homonymy), Éthra
In the Greek Mythology and Roman, Théia (in Greek old Θεία / Theía ), Théa ( Θέα / Théa ), Éthra ( Αἴθρα / Aíthra ) or Euryphaessa or Basilée at Diodore (in Greek old Βασίλεια / Basíleia or in Latin Băsĭlīa , “the queen”) is a Titanide, girl of Ouranos (Sky) and of Gaïa (Earth), wife and sister of Hypérion, which it has Hélios, Séléné and Éos. It belongs thus to the first divine generation, former to the Olympiens.
Titanide Théia should not be confused with the Océanide of the same name, which passed to be plain with his/her father Océan in order to generate Passalos and Acmon, both Cercopes d' Éphèse.
