Tetramelaceae
Family of plants Dicotylédone S, having 2 kinds monospecific:
- Octomeles , tree originating in the India to the New Guinea.
- Tetrameles , tree originating in the Indo-China to the Malaysia.
These two kinds were placed among the Datiscacées according to the traditional Classification, but they would be in fact close relations of Lythracées (family of the Henné and the Salicaire).
