Terret

The Terret is a family of type of vines black, gray and white.
Known since always in the Languedoc, it would probably come from the plantations made as of the Antiquité, by the Greek and Romains. He knew his hour of glory with and 18th century, in the development of wine intended to be distilled, then with and beginning of the 20th century in the industry of the Vermouth ery.
He is sensitive to the Mildiou, the Oïdium and the worms of the bunch. He gives a wine fresh, light and dry, sensitive to oxidation.
Its surfaces decreased considerably, the fashion being with the structured red wines and the aromatic white wines.
