Terengganu
Terengganu is a State of Malaysia, located on the east coast of the country.
History
The oldest inscription found in Malayan Péninsule is hone of Terengganu ( Batu Bersurat Terengganu ). Gone back to 1303 after J. - C., it carries a fragment of legal text in Malayan written in writing Jawi (Arabic alphabet).The name of Terengganu is attested as of XIVe century after J. - C. the Nagarakertagama , a poem epic writes in 1365 in the kingdom java are born from Majapahit, mentions Tringgano among some hundred tributary regions kingdom. The sultanate of Terengganu is divided into seven districts:
Dungun (Kuala Dungun), Besut (Kampung Rajah), Setiu (Permaisuri Bandar), Kemaman (Chukai), Marang (Marang Bandar), Hulu Terengganu (Kuala Berang), Kuala Terengganu (Kuala Terengganu).
