Tennis (video game)

Tennis is a Video game of Tennis developed and published by Nintendo and left in 1984. The concept of the play is very simple: the player controls the player in bottom of the screen and is opposed to an adversary controlled by the computer. The play uses the same system of counting of the points as tennis. Tennis also makes it possible to play of the matches in double with two players against two virtual adversaries, but not with two players to clash in the same match.

The player has only two choices in the manner of striking the ball: a normal blow (button A) or a Lob (button B). The direction of the ball depends on the timing of striking, if the player (droitier) takes the ball in right blow quickly, it will leave towards the line; if it strikes the ball tardily will go more towards the left. If the player can recover a lob of the adversary, it can smasher then the ball. At the highest levels of difficulty, it is practically impossible to differently gain the point than by a smash.

The play Tennis was republished first once in 1985 by Hudson Soft on NEC PC-8801. In 1989, the play is again published on Game Boy, then once again in 2002 for the E-Reader and is playable in the play Animal Crossing on Nintendo GameCube. It also makes an appearance in WarioWare: Twisted! on Game Boy Advance among the plays of 9-Volt.
