The Tendance all together ( TTE ) was one of the tendencies of UNEF, first studied trade union of France. This tendency preached the action like average privileged person to defend the students and also attached a very great importance to the international questions, in particular the support for the people living under occupation. Politically, it placed at the left of the Tendance national majority, the major part of its members being close to LCR or JCR without being affiliated inevitably there.

This tendency found its origins in the collective made up around the call “All together! To make a success of the unification for refonder the student movement”. The first signatories were militants of the TUD (Tendance unit and democracy) of the old UNEF-ID, opposition of UNEF-SE, Student CUS, and associations local coeds. In the months preceding the trade-union reunification around the two UNEF, these signatories widely diffused this call in their respective organizations. The text invited most largely to gather the student trade unionists on a resolutely offensive line (from where its name, in echo with the slogan of the demonstrations) and was the base of the new tendency.

The tendency itself appears within the UNEF-ID at the time of the Congress of Paris of 2001, two months before the official reunification.

At the time of the congress of 2007, the TTE is combined with the OLD of Lille and Grenoble - before TMN does not take again the majority there -, like with other militants everywhere in France, to found a new tendency: TUUD (Tendency for a unit and democratic UNEF).

It animated several OLD: Paris V, Amiens, Chambéry, Clermont-Ferrand, Dijon, Perpignan.

The Tendency all together was animated by a direction of eight people elected at the time of the “training courses of tendency”. In the national authorities of UNEF, the TTE was represented by several people, of which Marianne Mugnier in 2007 and before by Marie-Pierre Toubhans or Karel Yon.

Exclusions of September 2nd, 2006

The September 2nd 2006, the national collective of the UNEF decided the exclusion of 38 militants of the TTE resulting from OLD from Paris 1 (Tolbiac site), Paris VII (Jussieu), Paris VIII (Saint-Denis) and of Paris X-Nanterre.

The National office shows them violences towards other militants of the UNEF present in the trade-union procession at the time of the manifestations of May 1st, 2006 as well as presentation of lists against those of the trade union. Militants excluded claim that it is them which underwent violences on behalf of the militants of the national majority, who wanted that the UNEF is with the head of the procession, like had envisaged it the inter-union one. About the alternate lists deposited by militants of the TTE in Paris VII, they are defended by disavowing legitimacy of the direction of OLD TRS and consider the lists deposited by this one illegitimate.

Collective for an UNEF plain and democratic

The excluded militants and those which are interdependent of it created the Collective for an UNEF plain and democratic, in which they lead a similar trade-union activity to that they had in the UNEF, very as a militant for their rehabilitation and the trade-union unification.

This collective gathers militants excluded from the UNEF, others which are there still, of not syndicated and the members of other trade unions. It has a policy of unit systematic. He proposes in particular the unit in the whole of the fights and at the time of the elections to all the trade unions and associations progressists.

The Collective for an UNEF plain and democratic has an activity in Paris VI and Paris VII (campus of Jussieu), in Paris X-Nanterre and Paris 1-Tolbiac. It counts also militants with Chambéry, Lille, Metz, Rennes, Saint-Denis, Strasbourg, Toulouse, etc
