Tempio Pausania

Tempio Pausania (in gallurese or Corsican Langue, Tempiu ) is an Italian commune news Province of Olbia-Tempio of which it is one of both chief town, in the north of the Sardinia.

It took importance compared to Olbia when the old capital of the Judicat of the Gallura, then called Civita entered in decline.

It is the arts center and administrative of the Gallura. Its historical center presents a typical architecture of granite palate with astonishing resemblances to the cities of the south of the Corsica . Saint-Pierre cathedral and Eglise of the Rosary.

The spoken language with Tempio is very close to oltramontano Corsican and rather different, in spite of the many reciprocal influences, of the Sardinian itself.
